We present a home-style version of a drink from our latest drinks list. Designed as a large-volume pre-mixed that is bursting with tastes of the holiday season, rendering it excellent for your celebration. Save the extra syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, sweets, or to make more rounds of bikinis.

Makes enough for 10 guests
Ingredients for the Clementine Syrup (produces 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Drink (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Method
Making the Cordial: Combine all the items into a pot, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. Next, take off the heat and leave to cool down fully. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator, it will last for up to a month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine every liquids into a big jug, leave to sit for one hour, then strain , ideally through muslin, making it completely strained.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the premix into a stirring glass filled with ice, and agitate lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries and complete it using a brief mist of the essential oil over the top.
